Had a lovely stay! The staff are super friendly and always ready to help, especially Aygun at the front desk. The breakfast selection was awesome – I loved starting my day with a good meal. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the Metro. Only issue was the noise from the street at night.

The breakfast spread was quite impressive, featuring hearty options to kickstart the day. Being close to local eateries like Long's Bar added flavor to our stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making the experience more enjoyable!

The views from the higher floors, especially overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, provide a vibrant cityscape. The spaciousness of the rooms offers a comfortable atmosphere despite the busy surroundings.

The overall decor feels outdated, and the furniture lacks modernity, which detracts from the overall experience. Noise from the busy Sheikh Zayed Road can be intrusive, even at higher floors, and the elevators tend to get crowded, often stopping at nearly every floor regardless of capacity, making wait times longer than expected. Additionally, the check-out procedure can feel unusually lengthy due to the small reception area, which adds stress to the departure experience.
